HR Advisor NL
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Advisor NL for the Human Resources department.
In this hands-on role, you will develop and foster a positive “can do” culture throughout MLE. You will contribute to the strategy and direction of the function and ensures the standardization & compliance of functional policies, processes and systems. Finally, you will develop a constructive and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
Your work area is the head office in Almere. This is where the supporting departments work, as well as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Purchasing and Technical Support.
The HR Advisor reports directly to the Senior HR Business Partner Europe.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinating, facilitating, optimizing and supervising HR processes such as absenteeism, 30% ruling and leave;
- The administration surrounding the inflow, throughput and outflow of personnel in Almere;
- Preparing all correspondence regarding terms of employment and contracts;
- Collaborate with the payroll administrator regarding monthly payroll changes;
- Describing and implementing processes & improvement processes;
- Further expand and develop the existing salary house;
- Working together with the HR Business Partner to ensure that each department manager is proactively supported by HR on HR related issues in the right way.
- Contribute to the recruitment process.
- Monitor and implement ARBO-related developments.
- Maintaining the existing relationship with the Works Council of MLE B.V. and preparing matters for Works Council meetings in accordance with the WOR.
- Involvement in diverse (European) HR projects, ranging from implementations to organizational changes.
- Work on various HR initiatives within the head office.
What you bring?
- Bachelor in Human Resources Management or HBO.
- 1-3 years of working experience as an HR Advisor, preferably at an international company.
- Team player with ethical values and sense of responsibility.
- Analytical skills with ability to see the details and the process flows.
- Fluent Dutch, both written and oral. It is also important that you also speak English.
- Good knowledge of Labor law.
- Experience with payroll management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with writing guidelines and policies.
