Local Business Unit (LBU) Business Control and Asset Management

We are looking for hands-on LBU Business Control and Asset Management for the Sales Business Units Management department. 

The Sales Business Units Management department is responsible for the business management and development of the LBUs. 

The LBU Business Control and Asset Management reports directly to the Chief Sales Business Units Office.

Your responsibilities

  • Business Control of LBUs coordinating with LBU management team and central Finance
  • Monthly business reviews including PDCAs
  • Operational KPI coordination and reporting
  • Sales monitoring and reporting support
  • Budget process management
  • Forecasts and Mid-Year management
  • Mid Term Plan management
  • MLE MT reporting and analytics
  • ML Reporting and analytics
  • Manage and support of business operational and finance policies
  • Internal controls and compliance management
  • Asset and fleet management coordination and reporting
  • BI solutions coordination for LBUs and Sales Business Units Management
  • Project management of change activities for SBUM (Sales Business Unit Management)
  • Oversight of LBU PDCA

What you bring?

  • 6-8 years Experience in an Advisory firm in a similar role, or a related role in another (international) company with the appropriate scale and complexity in business processes.
  • Hands-on mentality and drive to professionalize our Internal Controls environment.
  • Good communication skills; being able to explain complex issues in an understandable way and works collaboratively with a process-oriented approach.
  • Strong ethical and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel.
