HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior HR BP to join the HR Team of MLE headquarters.

The HR Team of MLE B.V. has three areas of responsibility:

  • Direct responsibilities for all employees of MLE B.V.,
  • Direct and indirect responsibilities for all HQ employees accross MLE Group,
  • Supporting the local HR departments of the supply entities and Logisnext Business Units throughout Europe.

In this role, you will:

  • develop and foster a positive “can do” culture throughout Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe,
  • contribute to the strategy and direction of the HR function,
  • ensure the standardization & compliance of functional policies, processes and systems, accross the the MLE Group and HQ specifically, in line with Group Policy Frameworks,
  • develop a constructive and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders,
  • manage the ongoing relationship with the local HR departments throughout Europe,
  • contribute to the strategic plan and translate it into long- and short-term HR objectives,
  • utilize HR data to build a resilient organization and support teams and leaders in developing their full potential,
  • analyse the employee’s performance metrics, trends and use the results to update or renovate the existing HR strategies,
  • work on employee rewards and compensation policies, salary increments, and bonuses,
  • closely work with HR teams throughout Europe to keep the work focus on HR responsibilities like talent acquisition, employee performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee career development.

You will report to the Director HR, Internal Control & Compliance.

 What you bring?

  • University degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role in an international environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, and a strong preference for fluent Dutch. Knowledge of another European language will be an asset.
  • Strategic approach combined with analytical skills.
  • Experience in leading a small team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to motivate others (“walk the talk”)
  • Problem solving, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to travel.
